Sales Representative
Diversity & Inclusion have become buzzwords for a lot of companies, which means change is happening! We look at D&I from its broader sense, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomical background, sexual orientation, physical ability and so much more. This means we value experience that comes from every background.
Here’s what we think: while a lot of companies communicate & recruit people with different backgrounds and attributes, no one is focusing on making inclusive products. We are taking the lead!
This is what we did, we began by launching the easiest, most obvious product ever: skin-tone adapted products. It was a hit. The market is ready. Orders are coming in; partnerships are being built and worldwide expansion is happening. What’s next? Well, we can’t make this happen without an awesome team. Time to scale up! We know this is not the fun part, but it’s important, so hang on there:
Being human is what matters: your personality, grit and passion will be the driving force; be yourself. We would love it if you had some experience in sales, at least 1 year. Having worked with FMCG, food, beauty, or health industry is a plus, but again, we need awesome people with different backgrounds and perspectives, so new ideas are welcome! Any international or diverse experience is a plus: from travelling, working, trying things and opening your mind. Fluency in English, other languages are a bonus! We want our work environment to be a melting pot of different nationalities and experiences. Your diploma doesn’t matter, your drive is what matters
